Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at leafelleco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We are proud of our natural beauty products and we understand that not every product will work for every customer. If it turns out that a product isn't for you we will happily refund your purchase (store credit only) or exchange it for a different product for you to try.
Please let us know your feedback on why you’re returning it. Your feedback is critical to us as we continue to formulate amazing toxin-free products, so please be honest with us, we really appreciate it!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Please note that we accept returns for store credit only or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Our store credits never expire.
- Sale items are final sale.
OUT-OF-PROVINCE WEB ORDERS
- All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order was shipped from us.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of packaging receipt. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Returns may be made by mailing the package back to us or in person.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on December 26 and 27.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
US AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- International shipping costs do not include any import taxes or customer fees.
- The customer is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes incurred.
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. While this usually doesn’t happen, we regret if this causes any problems.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
